Dr Goslik Schepers
Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years' experience in commercialisation, investment, markets and funds management, Gos brings a investment lens to Eco-Markets Australia. He spent six years as Senior Investment Manager at Brandon Capital Partners, Australasia's largest life sciences venture capital fund, following senior roles at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute and ASX-listed Alchemia Ltd. Gos leads EMA's Government engagement, market design, funding strategy and partnership development across stakeholders.

Kate Sammon
Program Officer – Environmental Markets and Standards
Kate provides diligence and attention to detail on all aspects of program management, providing a trusted partner in navigating Eco-Markets' schemes. She joined EMA in 2023 in an Admin & Secretariat Support role before moving into Program Officer – Environmental Markets and Standards, having previously worked as a Business Support Officer with the Queensland Small Business Commissioner.
Matt Healy
Director
Matt has more than 25 years’ experience advising on technology, communications, regulation and law. He is Principal of Healy Advisory and has held senior roles with Macquarie Telecom Group, the ACCC, United Energy and the airline sector, alongside a number of non-executive board positions.
Amy Basnett
Secretariat and Head of Programs
Amy coordinates all aspects of the Eco-Markets Secretariat, bringing more than 15 years' experience in water quality improvement, catchment management and natural resource management, alongside strong Government and industry engagement. This diversity of background gives her a balanced, practical approach to markets administration, spanning program delivery, project and grant management, and stakeholder engagement across EMA's schemes.

Roslyn Bates
Director
Roslyn "Ros" is an experienced executive and non-executive director with particular expertise across agriculture, energy, renewables and water. She was formerly CEO of Sugar Research Australia and has held senior executive roles in government-owned energy and water utilities, renewable energy, local government and agriculture; she is a CPA and GAICD.
Emeritus Prof. John Cole OAM
Director
John is an expert in regional development and innovative sustainable development with an extensive career across government and higher education. His former roles include Pro Vice-Chancellor at UniSQ, Executive Director of the Queensland EPA and Chief Officer of the Office of Clean Energy Queensland; he received an OAM in 2016 for service to the environment, higher education and the community.
Wilfred Finn
Board Chair
Wilf is an environmental lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in environmental law and markets across water, carbon and natural resources. He has previously worked in government and private-sector roles developing and administering water and carbon markets, including with the National Water Commission, WaterNSW and Xpansiv. In recent years, Wilf has been involved in early stage carbon, recycling and infrastructure projects and is currently also the Chair of the Mulloon Institute.
Responsible for coordinating and impacting governance of the ENVOMARK assured Value Nature Framework
The Secretariat administers the Value Nature Framework and ENVOMARK assurance. The role coordinates program, project and registry processes, supports proponents, verifiers and market participants, and provides guidance on EMA requirements. The Secretariat is supported by the Technical Advisory Committee. The process operates under a culture of transparency, integrity and scientific rigour.
