Credits can be held and retired at different times, with each retirement supporting a single claim towards your compliance or ESG goals. ENVOMARK Credits are not a licensed financial asset class that requires reporting.
An ENVOMARK Credit represents an environmental outcome that has been measured, independently verified, and can only be claimed once. An ENVOMARK Reef Credit (DIN), for instance, represents a kilogram of dissolved inorganic nitrogen prevented from entering the Great Barrier Reef. That distinction matters, because activity on land does not always translate into an improvement in Reef water quality. An ENVOMARK claim rests on an outcome that has already been achieved.
